Whenever I ask Jeff what he wants for Christmas, he always tells me "a pack of never ending elders" I asked him, "what's that?" He said it's this really good IPA beer he saw online that everyone was raving about. I had to google it. 

So as an early Christmas gift, I booked a hotel in Santa Rosa without Jeff knowing and we drove there after work. 

Russian River Brewing Company is the name of the brewery that sells Pliny the Elder on tap.

Nothing beats a good beer on tap!

We ordered a beer sampler & pizzas after our pint of Pliny the Elder.

At the end of the day, we went home with a full tummy, a new beer connoisseur friend,  a 6 pack of Pliny, 4 rare sour ales and a gift for Jeff's brother! We know he will like this. It's a good day! Off to Petaluma tomorrow to meet a good friend and to try another brewery- Lagunitas!
